Vernon A. Peryea Jr. OD - Dr. of Optometry 

Dr. Peryea was born and grew up in the Finger Lakes Region in Auburn, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and his Doctorate at the University of Houston where he graduated Cum Laude; Beta Sigma Kappa.

  • Owner of OIC Optical, Hopewell Eye Care, and Millbrook Family Eyecare
 Dr. Peryea and his wife, Min, live in Cortland Manor with their two children.

Dr. Steven L. Cohen, OD, and Dr. Lindsay Chin OD

Dr. Steven L Cohen, OD, is an Optometry specialist. He attended and graduated from Suny Optometry school in 1994, he has over 25 years of diverse experience.

Dr. Lindsay Jade Chin is an Optometry Specialist from Flushing, New York. She graduated with honors from State University Of New York - State College Optometry in 2016.

Both Dr. Chin and Dr. Cohen examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures as well as identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye. Dr. Chin sees patients in the Hopewell and Millbrook offices while Dr. Cohen sees patients in Hopewell, Peekskill, and Millbrook.

They will be happy to take on new patients and accept most insurances.
